Leadership

Our staff members can be found daily carrying out different and multiple tasks.  From working with volunteers to fielding phone calls, each member plays an integral role in the operation of both the Mission and Bargain Center Store.  Our staff are more like a family than a staff.  We spend time together not only at work, but also outside of work where we can be found together doing various things.  As such, we are a tight-knit group that support each other and our families.  For many of us, work doesn’t end at 5 o’clock, rather we are working on mission-related stuff 7 days a week.  This requires a great amount of dedication that you may not find at other retail and thrift stores or agencies that support that the homeless.  We support one another and often you will find us helping each other in a myriad of ways.  We are #MissionStrong.
